Camilla d'Errico
Bio

Canadian born Camilla d'Errico is a fledgling manga artist. Having emassed a wide artistic background, animation, fine arts, illustration and graphic design, she has found her home with comic books. Art has always been an important part of her development. She has been influenced by the artwork of Ashley Wood, Toulouse Lautrec, Kent Williams, Tsutomu Nihei, CLAMP, Terada Katsuya, Yoshitobe Abe and a variety of other artists.

In 2000 she attended her first San Diego International Comic Convention, it was a step towards realizing her goal of becoming a comic book artist. A small press company based in Seattle and New York City contracted her and began Camilla’s launch into the industry. The company, Committed Comics, assigned her to their first published book Threads, following that series Camilla toke on the role of lead penciler for a new book, Zevon-7. This series became her main project for the next 2 years. The writer of Zevon-7, Quenton Shaw, launched QEW Publishing in 2004 and incorporated Camilla’s creator owned manga series BURN into the studio’s project base.

Camilla resides in Vancouver, BC, she continues to work in the comic book field working on BURN, while still doing freelance illustrations for a variety of multi media companies.
